Little T’s Haberdashery Presents – Prym Love Pliers & Snaps

Month after month one of our most popular products are the Prym Pliers and their array of snaps. We frequently speak to our customers who are considering buying the pliers but feel intimidated by them and how they work. They ask; ‘How easy are they to use?’, ‘How strong are they?’, ‘Can I do them without a table press?’. So we decided the best thing to do was to make a quick video showing you all exactly how the pliers and snaps work. As creative minded people (as most sewists are), I know that visual aids are worth their weight in gold!
So without further ado, here’s my little film…. All about the Prym Pliers and Snaps (both the metal ring top snaps and the colourful resin snaps!)
So there you go, that was the Prym Pliers and snaps in all their glory! You will have seen that both the original style Vario Pliers and the new Prym Love Pliers feature in the video, the difference in the two being that the Prym Love Pliers are sold with the tool needed for the colour snaps. Owners of the Vario Pliers though, do not fret! You can purchase the colour snaps tool separately to use with your Vario Pliers – so you can get in on the colourful fun too – you can find it here over on our webstore.
Are you wondering what projects you might use them on? Here are just a few examples…
(Patterns shown left to right – Made By Jacks Mum Pick and Mix T-shirt, Mother Grimm Ser Gawain Knight Hoody and Sparkle and Roar Roarsome Dungarees.
Feeling inspired? Go straight to your fabric stash, pattern collection and plan out your next sewing project including Prym Colours Snaps or Ring Top Snaps. We have lots of colours and styles to choose from over in our webstore. Not sure where to start – the monochrome colour snaps set is our best seller, closely followed by the ring top snaps set – both will go with almost any fabric or pattern.
We always love to see our customers creations, come share your projects (success and failures welcome!) over in our Sewing Room group on Facebook, we’re friendly and always happy to offer advice. Any questions? drop us an email to hello@littletshaberdashery.com.
Happy Sewing!
