Fold Over Elastic (often referred to as FOE or elastic bias binding) is perfect for binding and elasticating pockets, waistbands, leg openings on lingerie and dancewear and also for hair accessories. It is shiny on one side and matt on the other. It has a centre fold.
91% nylon, 9% spandex
Washable at 40 degrees.
